Part-Time Training Administrative Assistant

Location: Vandalia Ohio
Overall Function: Administrative Support to the Training Department
Hours: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Administrative experience desired; along with possessing good organizational skills and an ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Attention to accuracy
  • Team-player attitude
  • Computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Arrange hotel and travel for pilot students and flight attendant students
  • Arrange hotel and travel for pilot and flight attendant instructors
  • Build Pilot and Flight Attendant student schedules in CrewTrac
  • Build Pilot and Flight Attendant instructor schedules in CrewTrac
  • Assist (3x per month) in CrewTrac pairing modification for Pilots and Flight Attendants needing training in CrewTrac
  • Schedule Pilot Line Checks
  • Schedule Pilot Line Check Airmen
  • Schedule LCA FAA observations
  • Schedule Instructor Line Flying
  • Prepare student folders and arrange for V-file logistics
  • Arrange Management lunches and special Company functions
  • Coordinate service of office equipment
  • All other duties as assigned by Training Management
