Customer Svcs Ambassador-1-month contrac Duties
This role is available to Hong Kong residents or those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us to update the parameters for daily manpower planning process and future forecast on manpower requirement.
Customer Services Ambassador will be deployed in the various check-in locations for Cathay Pacific flights at the airport to capture passenger check-in processing time and arrival profile.
To become a Customer Services Ambassador, you must be naturally outgoing, warm, friendly, patient, proactive and numerical sensitive. In addition,
- you must be educated up to matriculation level with a pass in English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE;
- you must be good at spoken English, Cantonese, and preferably Putonghua;
- you must have the right of abode in Hong Kong;
- you must be available for shift work (between 0530hrs – 2400hrs);
- you must be a good team player with polished interpersonal skills.
The duration of employment is from 1st August 2005 to 31st August 2005.
In return, we offer a basic salary of HK$5,500 per month. A bonus of HK$1,000 will be awarded upon successful completion of the 1-month employment.
