Pricing and Revenue Management Analyst
The pricing and revenue management analyst will be responsible for both pricing and revenue management of assigned market set. The analyst will be responsible for maximizing revenue by maintaining market competitive pricing and through effective revenue management decisions. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of revenue management practices and procedures and basic pricing knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities -Develop maintain and adjust revenue management strategies by market in order to maximize revenue for assigned market set. -Monitor effectiveness of revenue initiatives -Monitor advance booking performance in assigned markets -Develop overbooking strategies for assigned markets -Oversee pricing structure in assigned markets to maintain market competitiveness -Recommend and implement pricing and revenue management strategies in order to maximize revenue -File new fare and fare changes through Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) -Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Minimum Requirements -Bachelors Degree -2 years airline revenue management experience (AirMax experience is a plus) -General knowledge of pricing philosophies and its relationship to demand -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel -Excellent reasoning and critical thinking skills -Strong Verbal and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines -Must be detail oriented
