Position Information: Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for a Manager Security Crew and Cargo in the Security division of the Ground Operations department. This is a full time position located in Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for ensuring compliance to security regulated programs in the areas of crew and cargo security to prevent intention harm by others to Northwest passengers employees shipments and aircraft. Responsible for ensuring Security policies and procedures and those of affected department are in compliance with mandated security programs and address the concerns of Northwest management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Flight Operations/In-flight or Cargo experience: 2-3 years. Knowledge of TSA regulations Northwest’s policies and procedures. Ability to interpret regulation and initiate action. Proven communication and presentation skills. Track record of leadership especially with project/assignments that involve interdepartmental coordination and communication.
