Manager Customer Service Ground Operations Dual Duties
Position Information: Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Manager Customer Service Ground Operations Dual in our Customer Service division of the Ground Operations department. This is a full time position located in Allentown Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing productivity levels for assigned employees maintaining cost controls ensuring availability of equipment and supplies and attaining all operating goals. This position is a dual station for Allentown (ABE) and Harrisburg (MDT).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years customer service experience 1-2 years supervisory experience 6-12 months line operations experience. Airline operations experience required. Must have working knowledge of all government regulations and be able to clearly communicate performance requirements and promote employee development.
