Minimum Qualifications:
A four year degree in Business or related field plus two years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment, or six years of experience in an airline customer service environment which includes two years as a supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and four years of management experience in a unionized environment. Working knowledge or experience in all areas of airport operations (Customer Service, Fleet Service, Maintenance and Tower).
Duties:
Responsible for daily operations with complete oversight and planning functions of all PHL station departments to include oversight of station personnel. Assure operational integrity through effective project management and planning. Interfaces with all US Airways departments to include Operation Control Center, ATC desk, Aircraft Routing, Schedule Planning, Crew Scheduling, Operations Analysis, etc. Serves as liaison with the FAA, TSA, Department of Aviation, U.S. Customs, Immigrations, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Assumes other duties as required by station and department leadership.
